Hi my name is Emory Parkins! I was born in Atlanta, Georgia, raised in Orlando, Florida and likely coming to a city nearest you. As an Editing, Writing, and Media major at Florida State University my dream is to work for a publishing house in New York. I am the oldest of three younger brothers, two of which are twins- I have a crazy family. I would say I share about as much love for the following things: ice-cream, coffee, the gym, and pugs. As far as using technology in an educational setting, I have never really had a lot of experience other than using a laptop in class and the occasional "smart board". Educational technology is something that I hope to learn more about, but I have not had the opportunity to use many of the educational technology tools that I am sure are out there.
